Maori Language Week

Thank you to our fabulous parents who came in to do Harakeke weaving with us.

Together we are, 'Weaving Bonds of Belonging.'

This was a great way to start the celebrations of Maori Language and Social Justice Week.

Thank you to Ngati Kahungunu  for continuing the celebration  of Maori Language Week by providing us lunch - totiti.

Kia Ora

Winter Warmers

We finished winter warmers today.

We did a variety of activities like based around nursery rhymes, word finds and phrase finishes.  Then we were presented with our book from the Tararua Library.

Thank you Nikki and Alice for coming down to St Josephs.

Well done St Josephs.  Look at how many completed their winter warmers booklet.

Congratulations Ethan for winning the spot prize for our school.
